OUR MISSION

The mission of the Clinton Youth & Family Service Bureau  is to provide a variety of programs for Clinton youth and families. Our mission is aimed at maximizing the quality of life in our community.

The Clinton Youth & Family Service Bureau was started in 1987 through the dedicated volunteer efforts of town residents and key school personnel. The initial town funding for the Bureau began in 1989, allowing for the hiring of a part-time coordinator. Today the Bureau’s staff consists of a full-time Director, Clinician, Program Coordinator, Prevention Specialist and a part-time Office Administrator.

The majority of the Bureau’s funding comes from the town. Town funding, combined with state and federal grants, have allowed for the Bureau’s expansion of programming and staff. Partial funding is also provided by the State Department of Education and the Office of Policy and Management.
